From boutique consultancy to AI operations
Genuine Reserve started as a boutique e-commerce consultancy — honest, humble, and focused on helping brands enter and grow on TikTok Shop, Amazon and TEMU.
Running our own stores taught us where the hours go: listings, advertising, inventory, product research, video. So we built agents to do that work, and today we build and run them for large Amazon sellers.
We are California Genuine Reserve LLC, based in Los Angeles, with an operations and content team in China. We work in English, Chinese and Spanish.
